You decide in the comfort of your home on which American shopping sites you wish to purchase which U.S. products, and send us the application form to get a pricequote for it.You can ask quotes for multiple products from different sites (1 per application form).In the application you supply us with:
1. preferably a shortcut to the page of the shop where you found the product of your choice (or, at least the name of the website)
2. A detailed description of the product, color, size, print (on clothing),article number in the webshop
We email you the quotation as soon as possible, including the cost of shipment to you and our fee. Upon receipt of your payment, we order and pay the goods and let them be delivered to our American address, upon which we ship them through to your address overseas, with the correct shipping- and import documents. We then confirm the shipment to you by email.

* How long will it take before I receive the products I ordered?
Upon receipt of your payment, the goods are ordered immediately by us in the selected shop (s) and paid. It usually takes a couple of days till a week before we received the goods, which we immediately ship through to your overseas address.How long the overseas transport takes,depends on the transport option chosen, between 2 and 10 workingdays. If you are in a hurry to receive your goods, kindly inform us when asking our price inquiry, we will then select the fastest possible way of transport.So it takes a total of between approximately 1 and 3 weeks for you to receive the goods on your overseas shipping address, also depending on your personal wishes.
Once we have shipped the goods to you, you will receive a confirmation by email, containing a "track and trace" number, which allows you to check the current status of your shipment on the website of the transport company.
* Do I have to pay import duties and VAT?
Parcels are usually checked at random by customs, but this differs per destination country.There is a chance that you will have to pay VAT and / or import duties when goods are delivered, these costs are borne by the customer.
However, even including VAT and import duties , purchases in the US are in many cases (significantly) cheaper. In addition, we save you as much as possible on overseas shipping, you pay the lowest transport costs which we can find.

Value and contents of shipments must be completed on the shipping documents. We can make no exceptions, we must comply with U.S. law. The value that we must mention is the purchase value of the consignment including American salestax, but excluding shipping and our commission.
